Error in creating CLM4.5 surface dataset using mksurfdata.pl

Hi ,
Im trying to create my own CLM4.5 surface dataset for 0.9x1.25 resolution by running ./mksurfdata.pl -res 0.9x1.25 -crop -years 2000 . Is there something wrong that Im doing or should by running only this command will give me a 1 degree resolution dataset?? Also, the datasets it asked were provided and finally I was getting the following error by running this command:
