Hello, everyone:
I am now using CLM5.0.35 to complete my experiment. When I prepare surfdata in the research area through
. /mksurfdata.pl:./mksurfdata.pl-r usrspec-usr _ gname $ gridname-usr _ gdate $ cdate-l $ csmdata can run successfully and generate surfdata.
But when I joined -hirespft,
./mksurfdata.pl-r usrspec-usr _ gname $ gridname-usr _ gdate $ cdate-l $ csmdata -hirespft displays ERROR in mksurfdata_map: 34304.
Q1 succeed for five months and then failed? How can I solve this problem and generate my own high-resolution pft surfdata?
Q2 warning mentioned:WARNING: mklai(): parameter numpft+1 = 79does not equal input dataset numpft = 16 This inconsistency used to stop the program.
Is it possible to generate only 16pft surfdata after adding -hirespft? Will this affect the variables related to the carbon cycle?
Https://bb.cgd.ucar.edu/cesm/threads/error-SHR _ dmodel _ readstrm-error-in-data-sizes.11153/post-60368 mentioned that it may be caused by insufficient running memory, but I'm not sure whether my problem is the same.
