Hello, when I was run cesm1.2.0 on supercomputer, the processes are halted in RTM. The error messages show as follow: GPTLstop thread 0: timer for RTMflood had not been started.GPTLstop: timer RTMbudget was already off.GPTLstop thread 0: timer for RTMflood had not been started.GPTLstop: timer RTMbudget was already off.GPTLstop thread 0: timer for RTMflood had not been started.GPTLstop: timer RTMbudget was already off.GPTLstop thread 0: timer for RTMflood had not been started.GPTLstop: timer RTMbudget was already off.Sun Nov 5 21:28:05 CST 2017 -- CSM EXECUTION HAS FINISHED I compiled the model with pnetcdf, and the xml files are in attachment. How can I solve the problem? Thanks a lot.
