Error in running CLM4

I am getting the following error while running CLM4 on IBM Regatta cluster:
Can anybody know how to fix this bug:

It's failing in datm on a file open. Make sure all the files exist in the streams files.

But I am getting the following error:

Can anyone help me how to download the input-data for 50years control run, Do I need to download the data for each year and how to download it for all the years.
