Error reporting on Run ./case.build

Hello, I encountered a problem while running ./case.build. The details are as follows. I have reviewed the cesm.bldlog file, reviewed the forum according to the error report, reinstalled lapack, and re linked it. However, the running results and error report have not changed. I have no clue about this issue. If you can provide assistance, I would greatly appreciate it
