Error when adding input files in aircraft_specifier.

I'm running FCSD using a resolution of f09_f09_mg17.
To simulate contrail formed by aircraft's emission, I put an H2O emission file in aircraft_specifier.
The execution stops with the following error:

/2011_JAN_BASE/emissions-cmip6_H2O_aircraft_vertical_1750-2015_0.9x1.25_c20170608.nc
FIND_TIMES: ALL data times are after -732312.000000000

I think this error is due to the H2O input file.
But, H2O emission was created by just replacing the values of concentrations of emissions-cmip6_NO2_aircraft_vertical_1750-2015_0.9x1.25_c20170608.nc, which is the default input file in ext_frc_specifier.
So I have no idea to solve this problem, any help is appreciated.
