I am currently conducting an experiment related to MUSICA, using CLM5.0 to create mapping data for surface data production from the file UGRID_1km-merge-10min_HYDRO1K-merge-nomask_c130402.nc. I have encountered an error related to memory reference, following the tutorial of Creating new Variable Resolution Mesh (google.com). The computing node I am using possesses 192GB of memory per node.
Could you suggest any methods to generate surface data from UGRID_1km-merge-10min_HYDRO1K-merge-nomask_c130402.nc using CLM5.0 without upgrading to CTSM5.2 or using a machine with more substantial memory? I have attached some relevant log files for your reference. I am using the release-CESM2.2.0, and unfortunately, I don't have acess to Glade.
