Is there documentation anywhere regarding how to run CESM in a hindcast mode? (i.e. case studies)
I'm specifically needing to run the model for 5 or so years, forced with a dataset like the NCEP GFS FNL or ERA analysis. The goal of such a simulation would be to test a new physics package, so being able to have a simulation that can be compared with observations is a must.
