F compsets with cam5 physics with CN

Hi
I was hoping that somebody can inform me about the F component sets. Actually, I was looking for a compset in the Supported component list of CESM1.0.4 named F1850C5CN which very similar to E1850C5CN. But I got this: F1850C5.Please direct me how to get the compset F1850C5CN. I required this to carry out some prescribed SST simulations in the presence of CN.Many thanksAngshuman

We don't have compsets for every combination of thing you might want to do. But, you just need to add "-bgc cn" to CLM_CONFIG_OPTS in env_conf.xml for your case. It might already have "-bgc none" in which case you change it so that it has "-bgc cn" instead. And of course with CN you want to make sure you have a restart file to startup from or plan on following the spinup procedure from the CLM User's Guide.

Thanks. Your direction has helped me a lot.
Now I am facing a problem of setting grids for the E1850C5CN compset. I want to use the f19_f19 grid and the model does not run with this grid. But when I change the grid to f19_g16, the model runs without any error. So I was wondering what could be the reason behind this. I will be grateful if you can clear me out of this issue.
Thanks again
Angshuman

The Slab Ocean Model SOM runs on the pop2 grid and cannot be run on the f19 grid. So for an E compset f19_g16 is the grid that you should use.
