F1850 sst boundary data detail

 I have been running cesm1.2.0 with the compset f1850 and  f2000, and find that the sstice boundary datas are
sst_HadOIBl_bc_1.9x2.5_clim_pi_c101028.nc
sst_HadOIBl_bc_1x1_clim_c101029.nc
i see that sst_HadOIBl_bc_1x1_clim_c101029.nc is a climotology of the present, 
but how is the sst_HadOIBl_bc_1.9x2.5_clim_pi_c101028.nc created? What is the specific data source and years of this data?
