Fail to generate set2 plots

The error message is like:

fatal:["FileSupport.c":3150]:_NclCreateFile: Can not open file: /diag/$CASENAME/$CASENAME_ANN_plotvars.nc properly.

Other sets of plots are fine. So What's the problem here?

For some reason the file  
/diag/$CASENAME/$CASENAME_ANN_plotvars.nc
was not created properly

Try to erase all the files /diag/$CASENAME/*_plotvars.ncand to run set2 only
