Hi, all, Recently I have also tried to make a global surface data with transient pfts from 1850-2000 using the mksurfdata.pl with the command "./mksurfdata.pl -r usrspec -usr_gname $GRIDNAME -usr_gdate 190418 -y 1850-2000 -dynpft "pftdyn_hist_simyr1850-2005.txt" ".But it fails to make it. the input data, namelist file and errors are shown below. land model surface data set successfully created for grid of size 14400 creating dynamic land use dataset (OPNFIL): Successfully opened file pftdyn_override_hist_simyr1850-2005.txt on unit= 98 input pft dynamic dataset is 0,0,0,0,00 year is 1850 Attempting to make PFTs ..... Creating surface datasets with the standard # of PFTs = 16 netcdf error from domain_read rcode = 2 error = No such file or directory Is the input data missing?Please tell me how I can make a dynpft data for global successfully.
