Hello Dave, thanks for your reply!
Run 50 years: The TOA imbalance (FLNT-FSNT) is about 1.2 w/m2. The net flux of atmospheric ((FLNT-FSNT) -(FLNS-FSNS) -(LHFLX+SHFLX)) is about 0.8 w/m2.
Run 70 years: The TOA imbalance (FLNT-FSNT) is about 2.5 w/m2.
It looks like that the SOM file (pop_frc.b.e11.B1850C5CN.f09_g16.005.150217.nc) is not suitable?

There is something strange here. The TOA is leveling off at about 0.12 for the first 50 years. Then it grows again from 51-78? Are you changing something in the experiment at year 50? I think I am going to move this to the atmosphere forums.
