Find .nc file on GLADE that contains grid coordinates of output

Hi CESM Community,I'm running CESM 1.1 on Yellowstone in the 0.1ºx0.1º ocean tripole grid, and am trying to plot my results. Is there a grid file (perhaps in .nc format) with the lat, lon and depth coordinates?So far I've tried the following commands on GLADE:cd /glade/p/cesm/
find . -name "*tx0.1v2*" I've looked through the returned files but none of them contain a grid that lends itself to straightforward use (lat, lon, depth). For example the /glade/p/cesm/cseg/mapping/grids/ directory has 3 tx0.1v2*.nc files, but their dimensions are:dimensions:grid_size = 8640000 ;
grid_rank = 2 ;
grid_corners = 4 ;I've also checked through my $CCSMROOT and the build and run directories using find . -name "*tx0.1v2*" and have turned up nothing.Thanks for any help,Ben

Hi Ben,We don't have netcdf versions of the grid varlables. However, these variables are all in the output history files.Dave

Hi Ben,
I moved this over to the POP forum. I was just talking to some others at lunch and I forgot the subtlety that the history file versions of these have missing values in some land areas due to the computational decomposition (land-block elimination). We do have a code that will convert the binary grid files to netcdf and will work on this for the tx0.1v2, specifically with the 62 vertical levels.Dave
