forcing POP with CAM output

Hello,

Does anybody have any experience with using CAM3 output to force POP? Or does anybody have any thoughts on how this could be done? I assume I'd have to pull out the variables I want (wind stress, surface heat flux) from the CAM3 output and put them in their own file, and somehow interpolate the grid as well ... it seems like a lot of work, so I'm hoping there's some easier way to do it, or that somebody has some code they've used to do this already ... ?
