Forecast.F90 code

Hi,

Can anybody tell me what "!!$!" means in the Forecast.F90 code? It's in the section where it does the relaxation.

Gosh this post is old! I'll answer it anyway.
!!$! comments are just editing out lines of code that are not used. I'm not sure why it has been edited out in this way. I'm pretty sure it's not any c pre-processing tag.
