Hi,
I am trying to prescribe cloud variables into CESM runs using the same format as prescribed_ozone.F90.
However the input file I will be using (CMIP run outputs of CESM-CAM5 runs) have some basic variables that are different from the basic variables seen in ozone input files.
For example, variables defined only at mid-points of pressure levels. In other words my input file will not have hyai, hybi and also no staggered latitude, longitude information.
Also, the lev variable definition may also be different.
Is that going to be a major problem for the model to deal with?
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
