On Tuesday 24 October 2023 @ 5pm MT the forums will be in read only mode in preparation for the downtime. On Wednesday 25 October 2023 @ 5am MT, this website will be down for maintenance and expected to return online later in the morning.

ftp server not working?

Dear,

Today I am trying to submit my jobs, then I got the error: ftplib.error_perm: 550 Failed to change directory.

I guess there is something wrong with the ftp server?

Hi Yi,

Our servers were down after a power outage last week. It looks like the FTP server is up now, so can you try again and see if you are able to connect?

Hey Jesse,

Thank you for the update! Our HPC was down for a while and now I checked the ftp server and it works perfectly
