get error when using perpetual option

CESM 1.0.5
I use the namelist option perpetual and perpetual_ymd to set the cesm to run at 1990131,
the clm initialization give me a error : "ENDRUN:clm::set_timemgr_init:: perpetual_run set but NOT perpetual_ymd" in the ccsm.log file.
Anyon know how to do perpetual run in CESM? Thank you.
