Gravity wave drag and residual circulation (or adiabatic heat rate)

Dear all, I have run WACCM and now I am analyzing the data. For further analysis I need the gravity wave drag and the residual circulation (w*)/adiabatic heat rate. I don't find these variables. Yet, I find papers where people use WACCM and have these. How do I acquire them? Best regards,Maartje Kuilman
