help. cam - deep convection control.

hi. i am ji-gwang kim.My question is, can I control "deep convection"?(model-atm-cam-src-physics-cam-convect_deep.F90) What I want to analyze is that I want to analyze when there is vertical mixing in the waiting process and when there is no vertical mixing. (AGCM) please answer about my question.... thank you.
