Help install cesm2.1.4

Hello，everyone！
Due to issues with the github network, I can't git clone the cesm installation package on the school server. Does anyone have a latest cesm2.1.4 installation package with ./manage_externals/checkout_externals completed. Thanks so much.My email address is 1252056221@qq.com.

Since git is public we don't provide private copies of repositories. If someone else might offer that's fine. There can be temporary glitches with git, and possibly this is just a known issue and the reason we created cesm2.1.5. You also should work with your system admins at your school server to see if they can fix it.

So should try downloading cesm2.1.5 from git and see if that will work for you.
