How can I find the module ice_constants?

I'm just trying to modify a constant in ice_thermo_vertical.F90 in CICE of CESM1.2.1 ,but I have no idea what the constants "-cp_ocn" and "rhow" actrually is.I'd like to know if they can be find in the module ice_constants? And I try to find it but failed, so where can I find this module or know the 2 constants exaclly?

The ice_constants.F90 module is under the drivers directory.

$CODEROOT/models/ice/cice/src/drivers/cpl_share

You can copy this to SourceMods/src.cice in your case directory.
