How can the settings of SSTICE_YEAR_ALIGN = 2005 affecting these runs ??

Dear Users, I created the above discussed CAM5.3 for RCP4.5 as suggested by Sean Patrick Santos. To set up an F_2000_CAM5 case i created a B_RCP4.5_CAM5_CN case, and compared the atmosphere settings. Then modify the F_2000_CAM5 to have the same GHG settings relevant to the RCP4.5 scenario by changing RUN_STARTDATE, CAM_NML_USE_CASE, CLM_NML_USE_CASE, RTM_BLDNML_OPTS, and CCSM_C02_PPMV  to RCP4.5 specific. Also changed SSTICE_YEAR_ALIGN  to 2005, and SSTICE_YEAR_START and SSTICE_YEAR_END  changed to the years that are on SSTICE file. I also change namelist variables "rampyear_ghg" to run starting year.I set SSTICE_YEAR_ALIGN = 2005,  SSTICE_YEAR_START = 2059, SSTICE_YEAR_END= 2080, i wanted to perform a simulation for transient 20 years time slice, I set the run "RUN_STARTDATE"   value="2059-01-01", as i wanted to run it from 2059 onwards, How does the settings of SSTICE_YEAR_ALIGN will affect model run time axis and boundary conditions settings from. as you can see they are different. ??Apart from above what will happen if i set run strat year 2020 to 2040 with the same SSTICE_YEAR_ALIGN=2005 ??  Here i am attaching the env_run.xml file for 1 of the my current ongoing run, i which model si supposed to start from 2059 to 2080. Si here i request you please clarify me how setting of SSTICE_YEAR_ALIGN differnt from the run start dates will affcet the models run ???Thanking you in anticipation.
