How do I define region_ids and region_ids in mk_ocninput_1x1_template.csh

Hello,
When editing mk_ocninput_1x1_template.csh, I need to customize region_ids and region_ids. What requirements should I modify? the instruction book says go to the POP source code under input_templates. But I can't find that part. Is there a solution?
