How to add a new .f90 file to build?

Now,I am ading a new .f90 module to control GPP( gpp_patch ). this will generate a coefficient for this%gpp_patch base on different condition.The CNVegCarbonFlux.F90 call the subroutine of the new .f90 file. If the problem can be solved, I will be extremely grateful.
