How to change the Vcmax in CLM

Hi, all,

I plan to change the Vcmax value, for example change Vcmax of NET – temperate from 62.5 to 50, but have no idea of how to do it.

May be it is in the clm5_params.c200624.nc files, but i only find the variables: vcmaxha, vcmaxhd, vmax_ch4_oxid, when i use python to open
it, no value return. Is there any support documents that can guide to revise the Vcmax value in CLM.
