How to change variable in Buildconf/camconf/config_cache.xml?

Hi,I am trying to modify the maximum Fourier wavenumber (trm) in Buildconf/camconf/config_cache.xml. But whenever I change it, it will change back to default value. I have tried to change it before running ./cesm_setup, it came back to default value after ./cesm_setup. I also have tried to change it before running ./[CASE].build, it changed back when I run building... Does anyone have idea about how to modify the variables in this file? Many thanks!Best,Wanying
