How to check the proportion of urban roof, water permeability and land surface in the input data?

May I ask how to check the proportion of roof and wall in the city that are permeable and impervious to water? I did not find any relevant variable in the input surface data, which is surfdata_0.9x1.25_78pfts_CMIP6_simyr2000_c170824. But I want to know these variables, how do I look at them? This question makes me very confused and I look forward to your answer, thank you!

Roofs and walls are 100% impervious to water. A certain amount of ponded water is allowed on roofs. Walls are not hydrologically active.
