 How to create topography input file for CAM6. Compared to CAM4, CAM6 uses different topography input files. For example, in fv_1.9x2.5_nc3000_Nsw084_Nrs016_Co120_Fi001_ZR_061116.nc, TERR_UF, SGH_UF, GBXAR, MXDIS, RISEQ… are included. What do these new parameters mean? Where can I get the tools to create a topography file for CAM6?
