How to decompose Indo_Pacific N_HEAT into Pacific and Indian Ocean N_HEAT (online)?

Hi ! I have been looking at ocean heat transport based on my outputs using POP2 with CESM2. I found that there are two transport regions defined in N_HEAT: Global or Atlantic. I know that by doing the difference you would get the Indo_Pacific N_HEAT. However, I wonder is there a way to get the OHT for both individual Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean? The goal is to look at Atlantic, Indian, Pacific, and Global OHT. I wonder if it is possible to do it online

I have searched the forum and found discussions on MOC but not N_HEAT. And I have looked through the code base of POP2 that calculates N_HEAT and the transport_reg argument, which seems to be defined as either it will be global or Atlantic. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful to me.
