I am currently running the F2000climo model for 2 years and would like to continue with the simulations by using daily results from November of the second year as initial conditions (a total of 30 initial conditions). My plan is to modify the sea ice and sea surface temperature (SST) files for each experiment based on these initial conditions.
For this set of experiments, I have designed 10 different sea ice types, and each sea ice type will be run for 50 years. In total, I need to run 500 simulations.
I would like to know if there is an efficient way to automate or batch process these simulations, especially in terms of modifying input files and running experiments in bulk.
Any suggestions or guidance on how to handle this collection of experiments would be greatly appreciated.
