How to force CAM5 via CESM1_1 with prescribed SSTs on yellowstone

Currently, I am in the process of running a series of F component CAM5 physics simulations with model resolution 1.9x2.5 1.9x2.5. However, I am having difficulty forcing the model with my netcdf SST files? What exact procedure do I need to follow in order to force CAM5 with my SST fields instead of the default? Thanks in advance.

You need to specify the variables in env_run.xml:
SSTICE_DATA_FILENAME => your sst data
SSTICE_YEAR_START => starting year of your dataset
SSTICE_YEAR_END" => end year of your dataset

Your SST dataset needs to be compatible with CESM (i.e. use the same name than a standard SST file used by CESM)
For instance: $DIN_LOC_ROOT/atm/cam/sst/sst_HadOIBl_bc_1x1_clim_c101029.nc
