How to generate isccp simulator results during AMIP simulation

I know it needs to set doisccp =.true. and isccpdata ='........'
but where and what is isccpdata? and Is that all I need to set?

BTW I set the
doisccp = .true.
isccpdata = ...../rad/isccp.tautab_invtau.nc

but the model complains "Read in cam_inparm namelist from: atm_in
ENDRUN:read_namelist:: namelist read returns an error condition for cam_inparm"

My cesm version is 1.0.3, the compset is FAMIPC5, 1.9*2.5 fv res
