how to get output every 24 hrs

Hi,
I am running CAM 3.0 and I want the output files at a frequency of 24 hours.
Any pointers in this regard would be helpful.

hi...

for the primary history tape, set nhtfrq(1)=-24...the secondary
history tapes are 24 hours by default...

this information can be found in section B13 of the user's guide for
the namelist variable nhtfrq()

I've got the same problem with Sans, but a little different.
I tried the variable 'nhtfrq', it did work when i want the daily files only. But whatif i want to get both monthly and daily history files by the model during a model run?
The user guide said '....additional history files must be declared....' (pp.37), but i can't find the way to declare additional history files. Did i miss or misunderstand something?
