how to get the profiles of relative humidity and effective radius of aerosol

Dear friends
I want to get the data of relative humidity or effective radius of aerosol, is it have a variable like aerosol_mmr to describe it uniform. Or I should get it from 11 species separately
Thank you very much

I am unsure of you request. Do you mean relative humidity and effective radii of ice liquid or the prescribed radiatively active aerosols (sulphate, dust etc).?

Dear Richard Neale
I want to get the prescribed radiatively active aerosols (sulphate, dust etc) In Parameterization of Shortwave Radiation I try to divide solor spectrum in another way, so I should computer the optical properties in rayleigh, cloud, aerosol and greenhouse gas. When I compute the aerosol,I need
the size or the relative humidity of the aerosols, but I can not find in CAM3
So could you help me
Thanks very much

You can achieve the results you want by modify physicists.F90 in the following way:
find the lines that calls radctl.modify the call by replacing the string "cold" with the string "zero"cold is an array containing the real cloud fraction
zero is an array filled with zeros.Under these circumstances the radiation should not see any cloudsYou can confirm that you have achieved the desired result by making a run and looking at the "cloud forcing" variables on the history files. These are called "SWCF" and "LWCF". If you got the correct result they will contain zero. If they are non-zero then you need to revisit the issue.
