how to get the reference case

I am running the CCSM3.
For the reference case, I want to use the 1870 Control run, like
RUN_REFCASE b30.020.ES02
RUN_REFDATE 1990-01-01
I tried ESG website, but only the atmosphere part has 1084 files. It would be a big job to download all the data. In my case, I have the NCAR acount, can I reach the data directly without download? In other word, if the data is storaged under some directory?
