Hi,

I am reading CLM5 documentation of how to make the domain file for a region. The tool to generate domain file for DATM and CLM is gen_domain.
I only have the CTSM codes downloaded. I am wondering should I download CESM source code to make use of gen_domain ?

Sincerely,

The gen_domain source code should be in the cime directory of your CTSM code:

cime/tools/mapping/gen_domain_files/src

The gen_cesm_maps.sh should be in your cime directory as well:

cime/tools/mapping/gen_mapping_files
