Hi, I plan to run the CESM model F component with ne120np4 resolution using my own initial condition file.Now I have problems generating the initial condition file.I need to interpolate the NCEP data (on regular Lon_Lat grid) to the unstructured HOMME grid.I tried the ESMF_NCL regridding method. It seems they don't have option to interpolate on to a unstructured grid. And I always get error when generating the weight file.The interpic tools in the folder atm/cam of the CESM model also seems don't work.Could anybody kindly give me some suggestions on how to create my own initicial condition file for CESM on ne120 grid?Thanks a lot!Yinglai
