How to introduce water mountains in aqua-planet configuration of CAM at any desired location ?

Hello everyone.I am  working on aquaplanet configeration of CAM. I wanted to know the required changes to be made in the files( orography or any other) to introduce water mountains at discrete locations. I need the details of the file in which the changes needs to be made.—Thanks in advanceKamal Tewari
