How to make all of the earth be covered by sea-ice in the CAM3

Now, I am running the model: CAM3. I try to simulate the "Snowball Earth":
all of the earth is covered by ice and snow. We know that: in the CAM3, there is a community land model, it is too complex for my work, so I must change the land and make all of the earth is covered by sea-ice.
How can I do?
