How to port and run clm5.0?

Hi.I am new to CLM5.0.Recently, I have searched some informations for porting CLM5.0 without CESM. Should I need to port CIME on the platform firstly?Now I am very confused about how to start.I want some suggestions for the step to port and run stand-alone CLM5.0.Thanks.
