How to recored chemical reaction flux in one gridbox

Hi all,I have added two new species AAA and BBB and their reaction conversion in chem_mech.in file.AAA -> BBBIf I want to record their average rection flux in a certain gridbox (not move with wind), how cloud I do?Thank you.
