How to run MOM6 with no mesoscale eddy parameterization?

I am fresh with MOM6. I want to run it without mesoscale eddy parameterization. Can I simply replace the setting "USE_MEKE = True" by "USE_MEKE = False"?

You might need to change other parameters. Are you using an existing configuration? Please attach your MOM_parameter_doc.all.

Thank you very much for your reply. I used to run MOM6 with 0.5 resolution. The associated file "MOM_parameter_doc.all" is already attached here.
