How to set the cross-tropopause ozone flux in the chemical transport model

Hey everyone, I want to design an experiment from 1979 to 2015 by using a chemical transport model, so I choice the FSDW, a compset of CESM. Now I want to set up the to a constant value, and in order to exclude the tropospheric ozone influenceed by the stratospheric ozone, but I don’t know how to do this.  I am looking forward to your reply.
