How to turn off dust emission in CESM2.1.3 CAM6

Hi! I'm using CESM2.1.3, and the component is F2000climo. I have changed SO2 emissions over different regions. But I find that dust is very sensitive to SO2 changes.

I want to turn off dust emission or prescribe dust to reduce the influence of dust. How can I achieve it?
