Hi everyone, I'm runing CAM5.1 stand alone via CESM1.0.3 with the compset FC5. I'd like to investigate the direct and indirect effects of aerosols. However, when condensation latent heat release induced by precipitation is taken into accout, not only aerosols but also condensation heating is responsible for T-tendency. So I really need to know how to turn off the T-tendency to condensation latent heating in CAM5.1 in order to reflect a really thermal response to aerosols. Should I modify somewhere in atmophere models and how? I'm trapped here and feeling confused for a long time. Thanks for suggestion and any help! I'll appreacite a lot!Jason
