Dear all,
I'm just learning how to run CESM. If my question is too basically, I'm so sorry about that!
Now I'm trying to run CAM standalone simulation (use F_2000_CAM5 compset). But I have to input "NCEP OI SST" and "NCEP ice concentration" as the boundary condition.
(1) My 1st concern is that this SST is weekly. Can I directly use it without changing time resolution?
(2) In addition, SST and ice concentration are separated as two single files, however, the default Hadley SST and ice concentration in CESM are combined into one NetCDF file. So do I need to combine them by myself, or I can just input SST, ice concentration is not necessary?
