I am particularly interested in the period 2000 - 2005.

If it comes from prescribing surface emissions, which emissions and what cumulus cloud physics was used?

The file was produced from a CAM3.5 chemistry run, and the emissions are from the IPCC scenario RCP2.6. The cumulus cloud physics should be similar to what is in the current version of CESM-CAM4Chem. 
 
Thank you! For comparison, Is there an alternative file where the aerosol are only advected given surface emissions and reanalysis wind?

If it is cam3.5 it does not have the entraining plume for calculating CAPE and the convective momentum transport.

CSEG and Liaisons
I asked Jean-Francois Lamarque which cam tag was used for these runs and he told me cam3_6_15.  That means that the Neale/Richter modifications to the deep convection for dilute plumes and convective momentum transport are included in the simulations.
