Hi all,
I would like to run a case of SSP585_CAM60_CLM50%BGC-CROP-CMIP6DECK_CICE%CMIP6_POP2%ECO%ABIO-DIC_MOSART_CISM2%NOEVOLVE_WW3_BGC%BPRP (only replace the BDRD with BPRP of compset BSSP585cmip6) with resolution of f09_g17 from 2020 to 2100. The case stopped at 2043-07 and reminded me an error that there is an ice vertical thermo error. This error is same as this link: Error for ice: Vertical thermo error
I think the reason of this error is ferr > ferrmax. But I only add “dt_count = 48” in user_nl_pop and all other modules are set by default. I changed “dt_count” in order to avoid the error of MARBL in 2090 when running SSP585 case. I don’t know if this change can cause the ice vertical thermos error. Could you please give me some advice to solve this problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Jay
